Job summary

Shadow Light Studios is seeking a driven sales closer to own the client journey from discovery to hire. You will lead discovery calls, close deals, and manage the delivery of offshore talent to top marketing agencies and brands, working directly with the founders.

You'll run a highly automated delivery system end-to-end, from sales to presenting final candidates for client interviews. Expect commission-based earnings with ongoing upside on healthy accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience selling services, staffing, or high-ticket B2B offers.
• Ability to run discovery calls and surface budget.
• Proven skill in handling price objections on live calls.
• Strong live-call thinking and quick objection reframing.
• Experience with outbound LinkedIn/email outreach.
• Ability to assess candidate submissions and make strong hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls with inbound/outbound prospects.
• 2Kick off hiring processes and manage timelines with clients.
• Review candidate submissions, interview, and select top matches for clients.
• Execute outbound outreach to agencies to generate new opportunities.
• Close deals and own accounts through delivery of hires.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and diagnose issues to prevent churn.
