Lob is hiring a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go‑to‑Market. You will move ambiguous problems to documented, measurable processes with clear ownership, driving them to completion across multiple teams and timelines.

You will analyze workflows, quantify costs, and design automated or consolidated replacements, delivering executive‑level insights and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations
• Cross-functional program delivery experience with multi-stakeholder accountability
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with data literacy and BI awareness

Responsibilities

• Own 3–5 concurrent cross-functional programs with clear end states, status, dependencies, and deadlines
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Ops, Solutions, and Go‑to‑Market
• Diagnose and redesign workflows; quantify current state costs and implement improvements
• Deliver analysis behind program decisions using Lob's data, reporting stack, and AI tooling
• Document programs on completion and hand off to a permanent owner with measurable metrics
• Prepare and deliver program reviews and leadership updates with clear recommendations
• Cover gaps and support planning for company-wide operating cadences like QBRs and offsites
