• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with BI/data warehouse tooling and AI-assisted analysis; SQL helpful but not required.
• Experience in cross-functional program delivery and working with multiple teams.

• Own program execution across 3–5 cross-functional initiatives with defined end states and ownership.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Ops, Solutions, and GTM.
• Deliver analysis using Lob's data stack and available AI tooling.
• Document each program and transition to a permanent owner with measurable metrics.
• Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and Business Operations analytics; support quarterly cadences.
• Demonstrate program management by scoping work and managing dependencies across orgs.
