Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years in operations leadership or equivalent experience.
• Travel to onsite, office, and client locations up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across delivery operations.
• Drive performance, operational and technology adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and develop scalable processes for order fulfillment.
• Lead recruitment support, including workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Oversee compliance, invoicing, billing, reporting, and audits.
• Lead cross-functional communication and special projects.
