Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Travel to onsite, office, and client locations; travel up to 40%.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with delivery managers.
• Ensure operational practices comply with policies, contracts, and laws.
• Monitor KPIs/SLAs; provide insights to leadership and drive improvements.
