• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs/SLA, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and technology adoption to improve service delivery.
• Oversee client implementations, onboarding, and ongoing delivery support.
