Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Downers Grove, IL seeks a Senior Manager, Operations Programs to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve manufacturing performance and execution discipline across the Linear Motion Division. You will partner with sites and leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Product Management to convert strategy into executable milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in manufacturing operations, program management, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional programs in a matrix organization.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and CI practices.
• Experience with ERP implementations and manufacturing systems.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMD operations programs focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity, capacity, and growth.
• Oversee CapEx planning, budgeting, and tracking with Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
• Manage facility lease programs with Corporate Real Estate and related cost commitments.
• Translate strategy into executable plans, milestones, and dashboards for executive visibility.
• Lead or support ERP implementation projects and capacity planning.
• Develop governance routines, risk registers, and senior leadership updates.
