Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Director of Operations for its US Couplings business. You will lead seven U.S.-based plants, drive SQDCG and financial goals, and implement the Regal Rexnord Business System to deliver significant KPI improvements.

A strong CI background and travel readiness are essential. You’ll report to the Division President and shape a growth-focused, cross-functional operations strategy with an emphasis on safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited University.
10+ years manufacturing operations experience; including plant management.
5+ years leadership experience in Continuous Improvement and/or Operations.
Proven applications of CI tools: 80/20, Value Stream Mapping, 6S, Flow, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Problem Solving.
Strong operational and financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to lead multiple locations.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Set and achieve short and long-term SQDCG and financial objectives.
Direct activities across all plants, providing leadership to Production, Quality, Purchasing, HR and Finance.
Coach and develop a leadership team; ensure accountability and plant performance.
Drive the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) 80/20 and Continuous Improvement.
Decompose strategic visions into actionable strategies across facilities.
Establish visual and daily management, GEMBA culture and lean flow.
