Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Senior Director of Operations for its US Couplings business. The role leads operations across seven U.S.-based plants, driving SQDCG performance, strategic plans, and CI deployment to improve productivity and profitability.

You will partner with site leaders, develop long- and short-term plans, and coach a high-performance team while promoting diversity and inclusion across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an Accredited University
• 10+ years manufacturing operations experience, including plant management
• 5+ years leadership in Continuous Improvement and/or Operations
• Proven use of CI tools: 80/20, Value Stream Mapping, 6S, Flow, Standard Work, Visual Management, Problem Solving
• Strong operational and financial acumen, executive presence, multi-site leadership
• Willingness to travel at least 50% domestically

Responsibilities

• Lead US Couplings Operations to deliver on AOP and financial objectives
• Set SQDCG goals and drive strategies across all plants with cross-functional teams
• Identify root causes and implement counter-measures to improve delivery and quality
• Drive Regal Rexnord Business System (80/20, Continuous Improvement) across sites
• Establish plant floor visual management, GEMBA culture, and lean workflows
• Develop and review action plans, timelines, and budgets for goals
