Job summary

Regal Rexnord Charlotte facility is seeking a Senior Plant Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for the ~160‑employee site. You will own the site P&L and drive SQDCG performance through the Regal Rexnord Business System, Lean principles, and disciplined problem-solving and execution.

Lead a high-performing leadership team, develop succession plans, and partner cross-functionally to deliver sustainable results while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years progressive manufacturing operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience managing salaried and hourly staff.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and improve SQDCG metrics.
• Strong business and financial acumen with budgets and cost reduction experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to develop and coach leaders; change management.

Responsibilities

• Own full site P&L; manage budgeting, margins, ROI, and cost levers.
• Lead manufacturing ops to achieve SQDCG objectives.
• Drive operational excellence via RBS, Lean, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and prioritize capital investments for growth and efficiency.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team with succession plans.
• Deliver financial commitments through productivity and cost reductions.
• Foster safety, accountability, engagement, and customer focus.
• Lead structured problem-solving to achieve sustainable results.
• Partner cross-functionally to support growth and operations.
