Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations on the shop floor, driving SQDCP objectives with a strong Lean mindset and people leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive operations experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Translate business objectives into actionable operational plans and ensure disciplined execution.
• Monitor outputs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop frontline supervisors and build a high‑performing team.
• Champion safety and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Establish KPIs and use data to drive improvements and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Oversee budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.
