Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Simi Valley, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence to lead a high-performance operating system across the PSI and CUU sites. You will drive the Daily Management System, Lean culture, and structured problem solving to improve safety, quality, delivery, and inventory while building leadership capability.

This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and Materials to optimize layouts, material flow, and lead times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing or continuous improvement leadership.
• Experience deploying Lean manufacturing in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and sustain a Daily Management System across sites.
• Lead lean transformation and structured problem solving with cross-functional teams.
• Improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity.
• Design layouts and material flow to optimize capacity and throughput.
• Coach leaders in Lean practices and build CI capabilities across sites.
