Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Senior Manager, Operations Programs to drive cross-functional programs improving manufacturing performance and growth. You will partner with sites, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and Corporate Real Estate to translate strategy into executable milestones and dashboards.

You will lead SCOFOR execution, develop standardized project management routines, and own annual productivity plans, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing operations, program management, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional programs in a matrix organization.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, or CI systems.
• Experience with ERP implementations and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operations programs across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Manage CapEx planning, budgeting, and tracking with multiple sites.
• Lead or support ERP implementation projects and governance routines.
• Drive productivity plans, savings, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with Finance, Engineering, Product Management and Operations.
