Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, ensuring compliant, accurate and scalable service. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant operations leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to onsite, office, and client locations.
• Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes, metrics, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data, trends, and capacity.
• Recommend order distribution and resource allocation strategies to maximize fulfillment and performance.
• Manage job board partnerships and posting strategy; evaluate usage and effectiveness.
• Identify attrition, retention, attendance trends and partner on improvements.
• Support new client implementations, including onsite setup, go-live and post-go-live operations.
• Ensure practices comply with policies, legal requirements, audits, and internal controls.
• Develop scalable processes and SOPs addressing issues while supporting contracts and goals.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping and contractual audits.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; present actionable insights to Delivery leadership.
• Resolve invoicing, payment, account, and service concerns across business units.
• Drive productivity, cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and delivery metrics.
• Design programs to improve associate retention and recruitment effectiveness.
• Lead process improvements, automation, reporting, and technology initiatives.
• Drive adoption of new technology; provide systems training and SME support.
• Identify capability gaps and coordinate training; partner with leadership to hire and develop field staff.
• Manage associate and client experience programs (rNPS, Holiday Programs, HighFive Rewards).
• Lead cross-functional communication and support special projects as needed.
