Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, driving performance, compliance, and process improvements. Travel to client sites and offices is required.

You will partner with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to optimize cost, throughput, and technology adoption, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field; 5 years in operations leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to onsite locations and client sites.
• Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers.
• Identify trends and collaborate with leaders on improvements.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping, and audits.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives.
