Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using business activity and data.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; present actionable insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliant, scalable processes and SOPs across operations.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and technology adoption to reduce manual effort.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping, and audits.
• Support client implementations, onboarding, and issue resolution.
