Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, ensuring compliant, accurate, and scalable service. The role partners with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, Customer Service, and other business units to drive performance, technology adoption, and continuous improvement while supporting growth.

Travel to offices, client sites, and onsite facilities is required (up to 40%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/operations or related field; travel up to 40%.
• At least five years of relevant operations leadership experience.
• Experience recruiting strategy and analyzing recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; present actionable performance insights to leaders.
• Lead process improvement, automation, reporting, and technology initiatives.
• Support cross-functional teams across offices, client locations, and sites.
