Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking an Operations Lead for the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role engineers scalable workflows, partners with Clinical, Product/Design, Data Science, Analytics, and HR/Legal, and shapes the COE operating model.

You will own end-to-end operational initiatives, drive metrics, and build programs from scratch while focusing on client and provider experience. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in a fast-growing digital health environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital health operations or management consulting; startup experience preferred.
• Expertise building new programs from scratch and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project management, documentation, work plans and deadlines across multiple initiatives.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Metric Management & Risk Mitigation: monitor COE metrics and address risks.
• Strategic Roadmap Execution: drive operational roadmap with XFN partners.
• Clinical Support: support providers and clinical team with scalable ops.
• End-to-End Project Ownership: scope and deliver key operational initiatives.
• Process Design: build scalable solutions for growing volume and complexity.
• Problem Solving: identify root causes and craft effective solutions.
