Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Product Implementation pillar within providers’ core operations. You will drive execution, change management, and launch strategy for product features impacting the provider network and client base.

You will translate clinical standards and business goals into actionable product requirements, manage a high-performing team, and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Service Line leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Operations, Clinical Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or related high-growth digital health roles.
• Direct people leadership with experience setting roadmaps and mentoring teams.
• Experience navigating software development lifecycles and product rollouts with tech stacks such as Salesforce, EHR, Zendesk, Asana, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Implementation pillar within Provider Core Ops, setting tactical plans and developing the team.
• Own end-to-end operational strategy for product and policy changes across the lifecycle.
• Unblock cross-functional teams by surfacing risks and aligning goals with senior stakeholders.
