Lyra Health is looking for a high-impact Operations Lead to execute the operations for our Neurodiversity Center of Excellence (COE). This is a critical role designed for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of process design, clinical collaboration, and innovation. You will be the engine behind the COE, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, evaluate, and build the workflows to support clients and our providers. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is energized by building scalable systems from the ground up while maintaining a deep focus on client and provider experience.
SALARY RANGE: $95,000 - $131,000
As a full-time Operations Lead, Neurodiversity Center of Excellence, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $131,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
