Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a high-impact Operations Lead for the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence to orchestrate workflows and partner with clinical, product, data, analytics and HR/legal teams.

You will build scalable systems from the ground up while focusing on client and provider experience, and you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, evaluate, and implement processes as the COE grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital health operations or management consulting.
• Proven ability to build new programs from scratch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working with data-driven processes and metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage COE metrics and mitigate operational risks.
• Drive the operational roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Provide clinical and operational support for providers and the clinical team.
• Own end-to-end key operational initiatives and scale processes.
• Design scalable solutions to handle increasing volume and complexity.
• Analyze complex challenges to identify root causes and solutions.
