About the Role

Lyra Health is looking for a high‑impact Operations Lead to execute the operations for our Neurodiversity Center of Excellence (COE). This is a critical role designed for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of process design, clinical collaboration, and innovation. You will be the engine behind the COE, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to scope, evaluate, and build the workflows to support clients and our providers. This role is perfect for a self‑starter who is energized by building scalable systems from the ground up while maintaining a deep focus on client and provider experience.

Responsibilities

• Metric Management & Risk Mitigation: Closely manage and monitor key Neuro COE program metrics, identifying and proactively addressing operational risks and opportunities to ensure program health.
• Strategic Roadmap Execution: In collaboration with cross‑functional (XFN) partners, drive the operational roadmap to execute on the broader COE strategy.
• Clinical Support: Independently managing key parts of day‑to‑day operations related to supporting our providers and clinical team. This involves deep collaboration with partners across Clinical, Product/Design, Data Science, Analytics, and HR/Legal.
• End‑to‑End Project Ownership: Scope and manage the execution of key operational initiatives, such as improving the scalability of existing processes and training clinical and support staff on new workflows.
• Process Design: Design and implement scalable operational solutions capable of handling increased volume and complexity as the COE grows.
• Problem Solving: Analyze complex operational challenges to identify root causes and develop creative, effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with digital health operations, management consulting, or related experiences; some high‑growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred;
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior‑level client stakeholders. You can skillfully adjust your communication style for different audiences to influence coordinated action;
• Highly organized self‑starter who excels in driving clarity amidst ambiguity; ability to prioritize competing tasks;
• Experience building new programs from scratch;
• Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to drive results with cross‑functional partners involving complex documentation, work plans, and deadlines across multiple parallel initiatives;
• Facility with data analysis (in Google Sheets, SQL, and Snowflake preferred) and a metrics driven approach to problem solving;
• Able to lead and drive large scale complex, multi‑stakeholder projects; and
• Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care.

$95,000 - $131,000 a year

SALARY RANGE: $95,000 - $131,000

As a full‑time Operations Lead, Neurodiversity Center of Excellence, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full‑time position is $95,000 - $131,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job‑related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
