Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead for the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence.

This strategic operator will design workflows, coordinate with Clinical, Product/Design, Data Science, Analytics, and HR/Legal to scale programs and improve provider and client experience. You will own end-to-end projects, manage COE metrics, drive the operational roadmap with cross-functional partners, and apply data analysis (SQL, Snowflake, Google Sheets) to identify root causes and deliver tangible

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital health operations or related consultative work.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate across audiences.
• Experience building new programs from scratch.
• Strong project management across multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Proficient data analysis using SQL, Snowflake, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage Neurodiversity COE metrics and risks.
