Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Engagement Strategy to drive high-impact member communications and strategic consulting across complex accounts. You will lead a team of 7 managers, elevating execution to strategic advisory and operational excellence.

Partnering with Customer Success, Operations, Product & Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Finance, you will build scalable frameworks that meet client needs, improve Net Revenue Retention, and help Lyra scale efficiently.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B, B2B2C, or relationship-driven corporate marketing.
• At least 5 years leading and developing a team.
• Experience in digital health or fast-growing tech is preferred.
• Proven ability to turn data into strategic insights for executives.
• Strong track record influencing stakeholders to adopt marketing recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 7 Engagement Strategy Managers.
• Own annual strategy, budget, and quarterly initiatives.
• Create scalable marketing playbooks across industries.
• Align marketing with Customer Success, Operations, and Product.
• Translate data into customer-facing stories and plans.
• Drive NRR by embedding Lyra marketing in client goals.
