Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Systems Architecture, to lead and scale our Provider Core Ops Systems Implementation team. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution, guiding cross‑system data flows across Workday, Salesforce, and downstream platforms.

You will mentor a high‑performing team, own architectural integrations, and partner with Product, Clinical, and Operations to deliver scalable, reliable infrastructure that supports Lyra’s provider network

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Operations Management, Systems Architecture, Business Operations, Program Management, or related technical-ops function in a high-growth environment.
• Direct people manager with success setting operational roadmaps, delegating, and mentoring team members.
• Deep experience with enterprise tool ecosystems (Salesforce, Workday, Jira, Zendesk, CredentialStream, etc.) and multi-system data flows and integrations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to balance granular technical details with executive-level strategy while influencing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical acumen and fluency with operational metrics to evaluate team performance and streamline system workflows.

Responsibilities

• People Management & Operational Leadership: direct people manager to an operational team within Provider Core Ops and develop tactical team plans.
• Architectural Ownership & Integration: direct operational strategy for complex tool integrations and data pipelines ensuring stability and data integrity.
• Cross-Functional Strategic Unblocking: partner with Product, Salesforce Development, Clinical, and Operations to surface risks and clear roadblocks.
• Operational Planning & Execution: develop, prioritize, and adjust team roadmaps aligned with Provider Core Ops goals.
• Operational Reporting & System Health: monitor metrics, evaluate platform performance, and surface automation opportunities.
