Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations - Provider Performance to establish a holistic provider performance strategy across Lyra’s clinical service lines.

You will lead a high-impact team at the intersection of clinical strategy, data analytics, and operations, optimizing provider performance to improve access and outcomes. You will partner with Service Line leaders, Clinical Operations, and Data Analytics to build scalable data infrastructure, dashboards, and executive reporting,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of provider performance operations experience in healthcare, health tech, or large provider networks.
• 15+ years in business operations, management consulting, healthcare operations, or high-growth health tech.
• 8+ years of direct people management with a track record of scaling teams.
• Deep knowledge of provider metrics and clinical network operations.
• Ability to scope analytics frameworks and translate data into operational tools.
• Experience building strategic roadmaps and aligning executive leadership across teams.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and standardize processes.
• Passion for expanding access to evidence-based mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic provider performance vision across clinical service lines.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations team with development focus.
• Build unified data vision and centralized systems to measure provider availability, capacity, and performance.
• Develop operational tools and dashboards for day-to-day performance and executive visibility.
• Partner with senior leadership to optimize provider availability and network utilization across services.
