Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking an Operations Lead for the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence to drive scalable workflows and partner with cross‑functional teams. You will own the operating model, manage key metrics, and enhance the provider and client experience through thoughtful process design and execution.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in digital health operations, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record of building programs from scratch.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital health operations or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter with clarity in ambiguity and task prioritization.
• Experience building new programs from scratch.
• Robust project management across multiple initiatives.
• Data-driven problem solving with metrics focus.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional projects.
• Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Metric management and risk mitigation for Neuro COE programs.
• Execute operational roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Clinical support coordinating with clinical, product, data, analytics, HR/legal.
• End-to-end ownership of scalable workflows and trainings.
• Design and implement scalable operational solutions.
• Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, develop solutions.
