Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of operations leadership or equivalent experience.
• Travel to onsite, office, and client locations required (up to 40%).
• Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing processes and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment and workforce plans with delivery managers.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize fulfillment and performance.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping, and audits.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives.
