Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, driving compliant, accurate, and scalable processes to support order fulfillment and growth. You will collaborate with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to optimize performance and implement technology solutions.

The role requires travel to offices, client locations, and onsite facilities, up to 40%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or a related field.
At least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience.
Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes and metrics.

Responsibilities

Develop recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers and analyze capacity data.
Set resource allocation to maximize fulfillment and business performance.
Ensure compliance with policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor KPIs/SLAs and present actionable insights to Delivery leadership.
Lead process improvements, automation, and technology initiatives to improve service delivery.
