Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, coordinating with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to drive performance and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and forecasting.
Recommend resource allocation strategies to maximize fulfillment and performance.
Manage job board partnerships and posting strategy; evaluate usage and effectiveness.
Identify trends in attrition, retention, and recruiting effectiveness; partner with leaders on improvements.
Support new client implementations, including onsite setup, go-live, and post-go-live operations.
Oversee billing, invoicing, reporting, timekeeping, and audits; maintain documentation.
