Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead delivery operations with a focus on compliant, accurate, and scalable services. You’ll collaborate with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to drive performance and technology adoption, including travel to client sites.

You will monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and develop standardized processes to support order fulfillment and growth. The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field preferred; travel to onsite, office, and client locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using business activity, customer hiring patterns, industry trends, forecasts, and capacity data.
• Manage job board partnerships and posting strategy and evaluate application usage and effectiveness.
• Oversee setup and maintenance of customer files and processes related to invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping and contractual audits.
• Monitor operational and recruitment KPIs and SLAs; analyze trends; present actionable performance insights to Delivery leadership.
• Lead process improvement, automation, reporting, and technology initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
• Travel to client locations and offices as needed for implementations, training, issue resolution and delivery support.
