Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager in Arlington, TX. The role partners with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to drive performance, compliance, and scalable processes supporting order fulfillment and growth.

You will travel to client locations and onsite facilities to support implementations, training, issue resolution and delivery support, while leading cross-functional teams and advancing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of relevant operations leadership experience are required.
• Travel to onsite, office, and client locations may be up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using business activity and capacity data.
• Monitor and improve fulfillment, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping and audits.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive technology adoption to improve delivery.
