Job summary

Adecco Group in Texas is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, driving performance, compliance, and process improvement. Travel to client sites and offices is required to support implementations, training, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field preferred.
Five+ years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience required.
Travel to onsite, office, and client locations; up to 40% travel expected.
Experience developing recruitment strategies and analyzing recruitment processes, metrics, and performance.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and coach teams across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and forecasts.
Oversee operational compliance with policies, legal and regulatory requirements, audits, and controls.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs; present performance insights to leadership.
Manage client experiences and programs, including engagement and recognition initiatives.
Lead process improvements, automation, and technology adoption to reduce manual work.
