Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, driving efficiency, compliance, and scalable processes. You will collaborate with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to optimize performance and adoption of new technology across our global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience required.
• Role requires travel to onsite, office, and client locations with up to 40% travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using business activity, customer hiring patterns, forecasts, and capacity data.
• Use operational data to recommend distribution and resource allocation to maximize fulfillment and performance.
• Manage job board partnerships and posting strategy; evaluate application usage and effectiveness.
• Identify trends in attrition, retention, attendance, and recruiting effectiveness; partner with leaders on improvements.
• Support new client implementations, including onsite setup, go-live, and post-go-live operations.
• Oversee setup and maintenance of customer files related to invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping and audits.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; analyze trends; present actionable insights to Delivery leadership.
• Lead technology adoption initiatives; provide systems training and become SME for operational tools.
• Identify capability gaps and provide training and development for field colleagues.
