Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable service. You will work with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to drive performance, technology adoption, and continuous improvement.

The role requires travel to client locations and onsite facilities, with a focus on optimizing recruitment, invoicing, reporting, and associate programs while achieving KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, or a related field plus 5+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Travel to onsite, office, and client locations is required (up to 40%).
• Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using business activity, customer hiring patterns, forecasts, and capacity data.
• Use operational data to recommend order distribution and resource allocation strategies that maximize fulfillment and performance.
• Manage job board partnerships and job-posting strategy and evaluate posting usage and effectiveness.
