Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, ensuring compliant, accurate, and scalable service. You will collaborate with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, Customer Service, and other partners to drive performance, technology adoption, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing or related field; travel up to 40%
• Minimum five years of relevant operations leadership experience
• Experience in recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes, metrics and business performance

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers.
• Use operational data to optimize order distribution and resource allocation.
• Manage job board partnerships and evaluate posting effectiveness.
• Identify attrition and recruiting trends and partner on improvements.
• Support client implementations, including onsite setup and go-live operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements, and internal controls.
• Develop scalable processes and SOPs that align with contracts and performance goals.
• Oversee billing, timekeeping, invoicing, reporting and audits.
