Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact, aligning with the client’s objectives and fostering a collaborative partnership. The role drives the strategic evolution of the client program, overseeing daily recruitment activities, KPI adherence, and value delivery across services.

You will lead retention and growth for accounts, price and sell services, and present quarterly reviews to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong relationships with colleagues and management.
• Experience managing a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and build effective client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary, and permanent placement.
• Manage KPIs and SLAs; prepare quarterly business reviews (QBR) for leadership.
• Develop plans to grow and retain existing accounts and new clients, driving performance.
• Comply with company policies while driving client-centric service and strong NPS.
