Job summary

You will manage daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs/SLAs, lead a recruitment team, and present quarterly reviews to senior leaders, while growing and retaining strategic accounts. Strong leadership and recruiting knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction and successful leadership.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by fostering client relationships.
• Meet high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and perm placement.
• Lead recruitment teams and manage KPIs/SLAs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for senior leaders.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries and competition.
