Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and to drive long-term strategic partnerships with client teams. You will oversee daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and lead a team to achieve high customer satisfaction and strong performance.

In this role, you will price and sell staffing services, build industry networks, and present regular performance reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and networks.
• Proven track record in managing recruitment teams and meeting KPIs/SLAs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions.
• Direct daily recruitment and fulfillment activities and monitor KPI performance.
• Grow and retain accounts by developing relationships with HR and Operations contacts.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary, and permanent placements) and manage renewals.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership; present insights and trends.
• Align client programs with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as brand ambassador and contribute to thought leadership within the industry.
