Job summary

Adecco Group is hiring an Onsite Manager in the United States to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will align with the client’s objectives and lead a collaborative partnership across recruitment and fulfillment activities.

Responsibilities include growing and retaining accounts, presenting regular business reviews, and ensuring high client satisfaction while meeting KPIs and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service environment.
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and initial escalation point.
• Grow and retain accounts; price and sell services including temp and perm placements.
• Manage recruitment activities, ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, and drive client success.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for senior leadership and client goals.
• Develop relationships with HR/Operations and industry networks to foster growth.
• Interpret data trends, report findings, and align programs with client objectives.
