Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, aligning with the client’s business objectives and driving collaboration. You will be responsible for the strategic evolution of the program and operational management of all activities to achieve KPIs and SLAs.

You will grow and retain accounts, lead business reviews, and manage recruitment fulfillment with a focus on high client satisfaction and thought leadership in workforce solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer service levels and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with client leads (QBR/QPR).
• Manage recruitment fulfillment activities and KPI performance.
• Position programs for continued success through strategic direction.
• Price and sell services including conversions and permanent placements.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador and network within industry associations.
