Adept at managing onsite client partnerships, Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to lead recruitment activities, align with client business objectives, and drive performance against KPIs. You will oversee day-to-day fulfillment, client relationships, and program direction across multiple accounts from a center of excellence.

This role emphasizes strategic account growth, retention of clients, and serving as a brand ambassador for Adecco.

Competenze

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Ability to successfully manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Adept at establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs.
• In-depth knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with federal and state laws and Company policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster business growth.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction and conduct business reviews.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and perm placement.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets and KPIs.
• Maintain knowledge of Adecco service portfolio and pricing.
• Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
