Job summary

Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and drive the strategic evolution of client programs. You will oversee daily recruitment activities, manage KPIs and SLAs, and foster a collaborative partnership with clients to meet business objectives.

Lead a recruitment team, price services, and build industry networks while expanding both existing accounts and new opportunities across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction and expanded responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Experience leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with laws and company policies.
• Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and foster client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and business reviews.
• Build a network through professional associations and industry contacts.
• Prepare and present monthly/ quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent roles).
• Lead recruitment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Develop knowledge of target industries, roles, and competition.
• Drive process improvements while meeting targets and policies.
• Plan to grow existing accounts and develop new opportunities.
• Interpret data, generate reports, and share insights with clients.
• Understand the TOM and strengthen client relationships.
• Act as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR.
