Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact and to drive the long-term evolution of client programs. You will align with business objectives, manage daily recruitment activities, and ensure high client satisfaction through regular reviews and proactive relationship building.

You will lead recruitment teams, meet KPI targets, and act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting Adecco’s capabilities while maintaining compliance with policies and client SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and service levels.
• Experience leading recruitment teams and coordinating with cross-functional groups.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple KPIs and SLAs.
• Knowledge of federal/state recruitment compliance and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact and escalation point for Adecco programs.
• Grow and retain accounts and maximize fill rate and NPS scores.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions and placements.
• Develop knowledge of target industries and continuously improve processes.
