Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a field-based Oncology Development Executive to drive new business and growth across Baltimore, MD territory, including Annapolis, Glen Burnie, Towson, and surrounding centers.

The role focuses on oncology diagnostics, precision medicine adoption, and strategic partnerships within health systems and academic medical centers, with strong cross-functional leadership and field execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include HSD/GED with 9+ years of experience or an Associate/Bachelor/Master with progressive experience.
• Ideal candidate resides in the territory and travels up to 75% within the assigned territory.
• Experience selling precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, or related complex diagnostics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across oncology practices, cancer centers, and health systems.
• Establish relationships with physician leaders, pathology groups, and health system stakeholders.
• Lead consultative sales engagements focused on oncology diagnostics and precision medicine adoption.
• Develop enterprise growth plans to expand utilization across health networks and academic medical centers.
