Labcorp Oncology Development Executive is a field-based role driving new business across oncology practices, health systems, and academic medical centers. You will lead strategic accounts, shape testing strategies, and expand Labcorp's oncology diagnostics portfolio.

This role requires deep clinical and business acumen, strong relationship-building, and the ability to translate evidence into actionable growth plans.

Qualifications

• 5 years of oncology sales and/or oncology diagnostics experience.
• Experience selling to oncology practices, pathology groups, or health systems.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder healthcare sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and territory growth in oncology markets.
• Lead consultative engagements focused on diagnostics and precision medicine adoption.
• Develop enterprise growth plans across health systems and cancer networks.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support growth initiatives.
