Job summary

Labcorp Oncology seeks a field-based Oncology Development Executive to drive growth across oncology practices and health systems. You will manage a territory, develop strategic partnerships, and expand Labcorp’s diagnostic and precision medicine solutions.

The role requires strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a strong background in business development or strategic account management.
• Experience in oncology sales, diagnostics, or precision medicine is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Develop territory strategies to increase Labcorp Oncology adoption.
• Lead consultative engagements with clinical and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives.
