The position requires 5 years of oncology-related sales or business development experience, with up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a degree and years of experience in business development or territory management.
• 5 years of oncology sales, oncology diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, pharmaceutical oncology, biotechnology oncology, laboratory services, or precision medicine experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive new business acquisition, competitive conversion, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to increase adoption of Labcorp Oncology solutions.
• Achieve revenue, market share, and new account objectives.
• Manage daily activity, pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking through Salesforce CRM.
• Build relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead consultative sales engagements focused on diagnostic solutions and testing strategy optimization.
• Develop account growth plans expanding utilization across healthcare organizations.
• Influence testing pathways and adoption strategies.
