Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a field-based Oncology Development Executive to drive new business and market growth in Baltimore, MD. You will lead oncology diagnostics and precision medicine initiatives, partnering with health systems and cancer centers to advance adoption and improve care.

The role requires strategic selling, deep clinical knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will travel up to 75% within the territory, manage a robust pipeline, and utilize Salesforce CRM to forecast

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in business development outside sales selling precision medicine or molecular diagnostics.
3+ years in oncology-related commercial roles with a proven quota attainment track record.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations and multi-stakeholder buying processes.

Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, and health systems.
Develop territory growth plans, manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve revenue objectives using Salesforce CRM.
Lead consultative engagements focused on oncology diagnostics and precision medicine adoption, influencing testing pathways.
