Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a field-based Oncology Development Executive to drive growth across oncology practices, pathology groups, and health systems in the Burbank, Pasadena territory. You will develop strategic partnerships and expand market share for molecular and genomic testing solutions.

Responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, leading consultative sales engagements, and managing a robust pipeline using Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 9+ years of experience or higher degrees with related experience.
• 5 years of business development, territory management, or strategic account management experience.
• 5 years of oncology sales, oncology diagnostics, or related commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive new business acquisition, competitive conversion, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to increase adoption of Labcorp Oncology solutions.
• Achieve revenue, market share, and new account objectives.
• Manage daily activity, pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking through Salesforce CRM.
• Build relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead consultative sales engagements focused on diagnostic solutions and testing strategy optimization.
• Develop account growth plans that expand utilization across complex healthcare organizations.
• Travel up to 75% within the assigned territory; overnight travel may be required.
• Represent Labcorp's oncology portfolio and translate clinical evidence into business recommendations.
